In today's era of digital cameras are everywhere. Digital photos can be taken with your cellphone, digital camcorders, and - of course - a digital camera. volumes of digital photographs available jumped. However, the organization that the wide field of photography continues to be a difficult undertaking.
In recent years, as I attend my children's various school activities, I think that not only was I taking photos, but so many other parents. Several hundred photographs probably taken in each case. Even video -. and probably many
As a participant in this case, I'd like to see all these pictures. It is likely that someone else has a better photographer, you might have a better position than me, maybe they have a better camera - or maybe they just remember the camera
.In this scenario extends way beyond the school events. Any group gatherings these days there are many such photographers. Class and family reunions, the city and music festivals, car shows, weddings and receptions, retirement, professional gatherings, scout campouts .... The list goes on and-on.
Of course, there are many ways to share your photos, Flickr (owned by Yahoo) is probably the most popular. However, there is a Picasa (Google), and Shutterfly, Snapfish, and countless others. What do these various web sites do is allow individuals to establish their own photo galleries, and then share them, either publicly or with a limited set of friends and family.
As I look around at my kids' events, it seems that the use of these web sites for sharing photos surrounding this event would not be practical. First off, we would publish their own private galleries - probably more than one service. Then, we would have a place to communicate with each of our galleries all the other participants, and each one should visit the other galleries individually. To accomplish this we need to exchange e-mail address so we can communicate this information. After visiting each of the potentially hundredth galleries, I should specify the photos I want to keep, and then figure-out how to give a special place to access the original image (if it does not at all ).
then we would do it all over again at the next event - because that would be a whole other group of participants. The process is difficult and cumbersome - at best. As such, it simply does not happen.
Now there's an event photo exchange depots. They may find it easy to do online searches using major search engines. These services are designed to address this specific need - and usually do so in a way that overcomes the various problems. Here's how they usually work,
participant in the event (it does not matter who) registers the event on online storage. This process assigns a unique event in the competition. No event can then be easily transferred through the event participants of the event, or a lecture from a small card containing data. If the group is small and known, it could be distributed via email.
Participants then you can use the event to view and select photos from other participants in the events - and to upload their own. depot (storage), a photograph is available to anyone who knows the event, and usually stays online for a predetermined length of time. Individual users typically-registration is not required.
So, finally I'm able to share my photos of events with many other people who names I do not know. And, I am able to see and save your images as well a great event. We do not need an email address or even an account - it just works
.for your next event, I recommend doing line-specific photo storage. Register your event, and then exchange and share photos with everyone doing there.
More photos - more memories! Enjoy!
